Want to be part of something awesome? Becoming a vendor at the Spring Hill Fall Festival means getting your goods in front of thousands of enthusiastic attendees ready to shop, eat, and explore. It's more than just a booth—it's a chance to connect with the community, showcase your passion, and be part of one of the most anticipated events of the season. From seasoned vendors to first-timers, we welcome you!

Booth Information – Spring Hill Fall Festival

Booth Signup Deadline: Monday, September 22

  • Booth Fee:

    • Non-negotiable and non-refundable

    • Event is rain or shine – no weather-related refunds

  • Booth Size:

    • Standard: 10′ x 10′ (no larger canopies allowed unless you purchase extra space)

    • You must bring your own tent, tables, and chairs

    • Setup and takedown are your responsibility

  • Electricity (Optional):

    • Available for an additional fee (single outlet only)

    • Must provide a minimum 100′ extension cord

    • You are responsible for connecting to the extension cords

  • Food Vendors:

    • Grease must be disposed of properly – no dumping in park, trash cans, or dumpsters

  • Setup Instructions:

    • Begins Saturday at 7:00 AM in City Park

    • Check in at registration table before setting up

    • Booth must be fully set up and staffed by 9:00 AM

    • Unload quickly and move your vehicle to designated parking

    • Do not park in the lined parking area – reserved for food trucks

    • Non-compliance may result in towing (at owner’s expense)

  • During the Festival:

    • No early takedown without prior approval from the Festival Committee

    • Unapproved early pack-up may disqualify you from future events

    • Booths must not be left unattended at any time

  • Other Notes:

    • All vendors must be self-sufficient with setup/disassembly

    • All vendors are subject to approval by the Fall Festival Committee

    • A map and final instructions will be emailed to participants

BOOTH PRICING:

Non-profit Booth - $25.00

Handmade Crafts Booth - $70.00

Commercial Booth - $130.00

**Any CRAFT booth that checks in at the RV on Sunday will receive a $20 credit.​

Electricity - $40.00 per outlet for 120V

If you choose to purchase online, you have to put the price in manually. No one affiliated with the Spring Hill Fall Festival will ask you to send any payments or applications to themselves or their personal PayPal.
