Please include a full paragraph detailing how the Nominee has impacted our community this year, and why you think this person should be our Fall Festival Citizen of the Year.

Nominations must be received by September 1, 2024.  Nominations are reviewed and voted on by the Fall Festival Committee. Submitting multiple forms for the same person will not increase their chance of being selected.
